Mossy Cave Trail

.9 Mile Roundtrip Hike
120 feet Elevation Gain
This is a nice hike off of Highway 12, east of the main road into Bryce. It has hoodoos, a nice flowing creek (depending on the time of year), and a mossy cave at the end with a spring.
Usually the parking lot and trail are full, so get there early. In the winter the cave has columns and stalactites of ice from the dripping spring. If you’re there during snowmelt runoff, the stream has beautiful clear water running through it that adds the perfect soundtrack to the short hike.
